Our Teens Martial Arts program is specifically designed for students between the ages of 10 and 14.
The curriculum is built to help build both life skills and martial arts training in a fun, friendly, and upbeat environment. The curriculum is a blend of Okinawan Karate, Muay Thai, Judo, and Brazilian JiuJitsu.
We are a family-friendly environment.
If you have prior training or whether you are an absolute beginner, our program will challenge you. We don’t teach martial arts like the other guys, our program focuses on real-world techniques that work, and great fitness training to make sure you get a great work out. If you want to learn striking and stand up skills, or straight grappling and wrestling skills, we have a place for you
